The Imbali was great. Accommodation was gorgeous and the services was fabulous. The food was out of the world. We ate enough over the weekend to last us for an entire month. Great recommendation Ronel

Our trip was exceptional and it was great to be able to enjoy Hamilton and Imbali. Both are differents but it is sure that Hamilton will remain a out of africa experience, the rangers in both camps were excellents and we have seen more than the big five. We were your guests at both Hamiltons and Imbali for 3 days during December 2010. I would very much like to compliment you on your friendly hospitality and great service during our stay with you.
A special thanks to Jack and Oscar for being knowledgeable and informative guides, not only on the big 5, but also on all the smaller things that make up the magic of the African bush.

Yesterday I arrived back to the small “Mud Island” aka United Kingdom after a fabulous holiday in South Africa over the past two weeks. The highlight was of course being 4 days/nights stay in the Kruger National Park at Imbali Safari Lodge. I already have withdrawal symptoms after what was a most enjoyable and wonderful holiday which allowed me to re-charge my batteries at have a very relaxing time.
On behalf of Marna and myself I would like to thank everyone at Imbali Safari Lodge for their very kind welcome and outstanding service during our stay. Everyone one of the staff we met was extremely accommodating and it was a great pleasure to get to know them and be acquainted with them. Please pass on my thanks to everyone at the lodge, to the staff below and those others whom I cannot remember their names.
• Heidi – very welcoming and great attention to detail for her guests.
• Natalie - very welcoming and great attention to detail for her guests and we had some great conversations with her.
• Julius - very welcoming and great attention to detail for his guests.
• Colbert – excellent service all round along with the rest of the team.
• Very Nice – extremely good chef
• Dennis – the best ever game ranger/driver I have had the pleasure to come across during previous trips to South Africa. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and the park and is an extremely pleasurable person and goes out of his way to make the experience so special, in particular on the last day when he laid out the morning coffee table with flower petals around the cups, coffee pot and biscuits.
Everything about the stay at Imbali Safari Lodge was just perfect from the setting of the lodge, the lovely well-equipped and maintained accommodation, reception and lounge and the meals and service too.
Thanks all for making our holiday so special. I hope that I can make it back to Imbali someday.

We have been a group of 20 people staying at Imbali for three days (on August 10, 11 and 12).
I just wanted to tell you that we had such a great time. I asked all the guests if they could come up with any recommendation to make the place better and they could not find any. "It was just fantastic" was the most common comment I got.
This email is sent to congratulate the whole team at Imbali (staff, ranger, cook, and waiters) who have been so helpful and managed to make of this beautiful place also a special place. Special thanks to Natalie who was so good at dealing efficiently with unexpected requests or difficulties. She never lost her smile even when there were many things to deal with at the same time.

The service during the booking was superb and made the whole process very easy. We couldn't believe the service, quality of meals and overall ambiance at the lodge particularly when we consider the price we paid.

In May of this Year I had the opportunity to spend 3 nights at HOYO HOYO TSONGA LODGE. As I work for knecht reisen ag in the IT-Department we could
profit from very good conditions. HOYO HOYO TSONGA LODGE is run excellent, staff are very friendly und the food was superb. The accommodation is of very high standard. We my son Patrick and I had a beautiful time and in 24 hours we have seen all of the BIG FIVE.
We also made a side inspection off the IMBALI SAFARI LODGE and HAMILTONS TENTED CAMP we have recommended this Properties to the PM of our AFRICA Department.
I wish to thank for the opportunity to visit this 3 Lodges and hopefully we can send many tourists out of Switzerland.
